この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、HabitRecord（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用になる前に、本規約をよくお読みください。本サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. サービスの概要
本サービスは、ユーザーが目標を設定し、習慣を管理・記録するためのモバイルアプリケーションです。
2. アカウント
- ユーザーは正確な情報を提供してアカウントを登録する必要があります
- アカウントの認証情報の管理はユーザーの責任です
- 1人のユーザーにつき1つのアカウントのみ作成できます
- アカウントの不正利用を発見した場合は、速やかにお知らせください
3. サブスクリプション
3.1 プラン
本サービスには無料プランと有料プラン（Premium）があります。有料プランでは、利用できる目標・マイルストーン・習慣の数が拡張されます。
3.2 自動更新
- 有料プランは自動更新型のサブスクリプションです
- 現在の契約期間が終了する少なくとも24時間前にキャンセルしない限り、サブスクリプションは自動的に更新されます
- 更新時には、同額の料金が課金されます
3.3 課金
- 課金は Apple App Store または Google Play を通じて行われます
- 購入確認時に、ご利用のストアアカウントに紐づけられた支払い方法に課金されます
3.4 解約方法
サブスクリプションの解約は、ご利用のストアの設定画面から行ってください。
- Apple App Store: 「設定」→ Apple ID → 「サブスクリプション」→「HabitRecord」→「サブスクリプションをキャンセル」
- Google Play: Google Play アプリ →「お支払いと定期購入」→「定期購入」→「HabitRecord」→「定期購入を解約」
解約後も、契約期間の終了日までは有料プランの機能をご利用いただけます。アプリ内でアカウントを削除しても、ストア側のサブスクリプションは自動的にはキャンセルされません。
3.5 返金
返金は Apple または Google のポリシーに従います。返金のリクエストは、各ストアのサポートにお問い合わせください。
4. 禁止事項
以下の行為を禁止します。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本サービスのサーバーまたはネットワークに過度の負荷をかける行為
- 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
- 他のユーザーに不利益を与える行為
- リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルなどの行為
- 不正アクセスまたはその試み
- 本サービスの機能を利用した自動化されたデータ収集
5. 知的財産権
本サービスに関する知的財産権は、本サービスの運営者に帰属します。ユーザーが本サービスに入力したコンテンツ（目標、習慣、記録等）の権利はユーザーに帰属します。
6. サービスの変更・停止
- 本サービスの内容を予告なく変更する場合があります
- メンテナンスやその他の理由により、本サービスを一時的に停止する場合があります
- 本サービスの提供を終了する場合は、合理的な期間をもって事前に通知します
7. 免責事項
- 本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定の目的への適合性や完全性を保証するものではありません
- 本サービスの利用により生じた損害について、運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません
- 通信環境やデバイスの状況に起因する不具合について、運営者は責任を負いません
8. 規約の変更
本規約を変更する場合は、変更後の規約をアプリ内または本ページで公表します。重要な変更がある場合は、変更の効力発生前にお知らせします。変更後に本サービスを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
9. 準拠法・管轄裁判所
- 本規約の解釈は日本法に準拠します
- 本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for using HabitRecord (“the Service”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Overview
The Service is a mobile application that enables users to set goals and manage and record habits.
2. Accounts
- Users must register an account with accurate information
- Users are responsible for managing their account credentials
- Only one account per user is permitted
- Please notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account
3. Subscriptions
3.1 Plans
The Service offers a free plan and a paid plan (Premium). The paid plan expands the number of goals, milestones, and habits available.
3.2 Auto-Renewal
- The paid plan is an auto-renewing subscription
- Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, the subscription will automatically renew
- The same amount will be charged upon renewal
3.3 Billing
- Billing is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play
- Upon purchase confirmation, the payment method linked to your store account will be charged
3.4 How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, please use your store’s settings:
- Apple App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → HabitRecord → Cancel Subscription
- Google Play: Google Play app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → HabitRecord → Cancel subscription
After cancellation, you may continue to use paid features until the end of the current billing period. Deleting your account within the app does not automatically cancel the store subscription.
3.5 Refunds
Refunds are subject to Apple’s or Google’s respective policies. Please contact the relevant store’s support for refund requests.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- Actions that violate laws or public order
- Placing excessive load on the Service’s servers or network
- Interfering with the operation of the Service
- Causing disadvantage to other users
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
- Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
- Automated data collection using the Service’s features
5. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Service operator. Rights to content entered by users (goals, habits, records, etc.) belong to the respective users.
6. Service Modifications and Suspension
- The Service may be modified without prior notice
- The Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or other reasons
- If the Service is to be discontinued, reasonable advance notice will be provided
7. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or completeness
- The operator shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence
- The operator shall not be liable for issues caused by the user’s network environment or device conditions
8. Changes to These Terms
If these Terms are modified, the updated Terms will be published within the app or on this page. For significant changes, notice will be provided before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan
- Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance
