HabitRecord（以下「本サービス」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本プライバシーポリシーは、本サービスにおける個人情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

1.4 サブスクリプション情報

サブスクリプションの決済処理は Apple または Google のプラットフォームが行い、本サービスがクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を直接取得することはありません。
2. 情報の利用目的
収集した情報は、以下の目的にのみ利用します。
- 本サービスの機能提供・維持・改善
- ユーザー認証およびアカウント管理
- サブスクリプションの管理
- お問い合わせへの対応
3. 第三者への提供
本サービスは、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
- ユーザーの同意がある場合
- 法令に基づく開示請求があった場合
- 人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要な場合
本サービスは、広告目的でのデータ共有やサードパーティトラッキングを行いません。
4. データの保管
- ユーザーデータは暗号化された通信（HTTPS）を通じて送受信されます
- パスワードは bcrypt によりハッシュ化して保存され、平文で保存されることはありません
- データはセキュリティ対策を施したサーバーに保管されます
5. データの保持期間
- アカウントが有効な間、データを保持します
- アカウント削除時、ユーザーに関連する全データを速やかに削除します
6. アカウントの削除
ユーザーは、アプリ内の「設定」画面からいつでもアカウントを削除できます。アカウント削除により、以下の全データが完全に削除されます。
- アカウント情報（メールアドレス・表示名）
- 設定情報
- 目標・マイルストーン・習慣・習慣記録の全データ
- サブスクリプション情報
注意: アカウント削除後のデータ復元はできません。サブスクリプションの解約は、ご利用のストア（App Store / Google Play）の設定から別途行ってください。
7. お子様のプライバシー
本サービスは、13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満の方が個人情報を提供されたことが判明した場合、速やかに該当情報を削除します。
8. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、アプリ内通知または本ページの更新により告知します。重要な変更がある場合は、変更の効力発生前にお知らせします。

Payment processing is handled by Apple or Google platforms. The Service does not directly collect credit card numbers or other payment details.
2. How We Use Information

- User authentication and account management
- Subscription management
- Responding to inquiries
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Service does not share personal information with third parties except in the following cases:
- With the user’s consent
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect life, body, or property
The Service does not share data for advertising purposes or engage in third-party tracking.
4. Data Storage
- User data is transmitted via encrypted communication (HTTPS)
- Passwords are stored hashed with bcrypt and are never stored in plaintext
- Data is stored on servers with appropriate security measures
5. Data Retention
- Data is retained while the account remains active
- Upon account deletion, all user-related data is promptly deleted
6. Account Deletion
Users can delete their account at any time from the “Settings” screen within the app. Account deletion permanently removes all of the following data:
- Account information (email address, display name)
- Settings
- All goals, milestones, habits, and habit records
- Subscription information
Note: Data cannot be recovered after account deletion. To cancel your subscription, please do so separately through your store settings (App Store / Google Play).
7. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete such information.
8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, we will notify users through in-app notifications or by updating this page. For significant changes, we will provide notice before the changes take effect.
